- Eligibility
Participation in the Business Matching session is open to all registered attendees of the Brunei Startup Summit 2025. Attendees must provide accurate and complete registration details to participate.
- Purpose of the Session
This session is organised to facilitate networking, explore collaboration/partnership opportunities, and establish connections among participants. The organisers are not responsible for the success or outcome of any discussions or agreements made during or after the session.
- Professional Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate may result in removal from the session and/or the event.
- Confidentiality
Participants are encouraged to respect the confidentiality of information shared during the session. It is the responsibility of the participants to agree on confidentiality terms for any sensitive discussions.
- Liability
The organisers are not liable for any disputes, agreements, or commitments made between participants during or after the session. All engagements are undertaken at participants’ own risk.
- Exchange of Information
Participants are encouraged to bring business cards or other materials to facilitate connections. The organisers do not guarantee that all participants will receive equal networking opportunities.
- Time Management
Each participant is expected to manage their allotted time effectively during the session to maximise networking opportunities. Organisers reserve the right to enforce time limits if required.
- Feedback and Follow-up
Participants are welcome to provide feedback on the session. The organisers may use this feedback to improve future events. Any follow-up actions or communications after the session are the responsibility of individual participants.
- Changes to the Session
The organisers reserve the right to modify the format, schedule, or any other aspect of the Business Matching session as necessary.
- Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Business Matching session, attendees agree to the Terms & Conditions as above.
