Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Validity

• A valid ticket is required for entry.
•  Each ticket admits one person only.
•  Tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers may be invalid and entry may be
  refused.

2. No Refunds or Exchanges

• All ticket sales are final.
• No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be permitted except in the event of cancellation by the organizer.

3. Admission

• The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of venue rules without refund.

4. Age Policy

• Attendees under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Children occupying a seat must hold a valid ticket.
• Photography & Recording
• Professional cameras, video recording equipment, drones, and audio recording devices are prohibited unless authorized by the organizer.
• Mobile phone photography may be permitted for personal use only, subject to artist and venue policies.

6. Security Checks

• All attendees may be subject to security screening and bag inspection upon entry.
• Prohibited items may be confiscated and entry may be denied.

7. Prohibited Items

• Weapons or sharp objects
• Illegal substances
• Outside food and beverages
• Laser pointers
• Large banners or flags that obstruct views
• Professional recording equipment

8. Late Arrival

• Late arrivals may only be admitted during a suitable break in the performance and at the discretion of venue management.

9. Event Changes

• The organizer reserves the right to change the event schedule, seating arrangement, supporting acts, or programme without prior notice.
• In the event of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date unless otherwise stated.

10. Personal Belongings

• Attendees are responsible for their own belongings.
• The organizer and venue shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

11. Media Consent

• By entering the venue, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes.

12. Code of Conduct

• Attendees must follow all venue regulations and instructions from event staff and security personnel.
• Any behavior that endangers others or disrupts the event may result in removal without refund.

13. Liability

• Attendance is at the attendee’s own risk. The organizer shall not be responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage except where required by law.

14. Acceptance

• Purchase and use of a ticket constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
